EXPRESS KENYA WINS WAREHOUSE CONTRACT FROM RECKITT BENCKISER

Express Kenya Ltd has been awarded a warehousing contract by Reckitt Benckiser, a leading manufacturer of brands like Dettol, Doom, Veet Hair Remover and other popular household brands. At Express Kenya Ltd., Reckitt Benckiser joins a list of recognised clientele such as Toyota (EA) Ltd, Unilever (EA), GlaxoSmithkline, the World Bank among others.

EXPRESS KENYA SHARES ON THE RISE

Express Kenya leads the pack of companies listed in the Nairobi Stock Exchange, whose share price oscillated between Kshs.11.60 and Kshs. 33.25 in 2006 and is now firmly placed within the Kshs. 30 per share range in January 2007. Express Kenya Ltd. is viewed as one of the companies with significant growth prospects in its industry. Our gradual and steady growth places us in the category of highly beneficial short-term buys but reported to have the potential of improving even further given the growth of the transport sector in the country. 'KOROGA' TEAM BUILDING EVENT

Express Kenya management staff were treated to a "Koroga" event recently, as part of a team building exercise...all who participated (by cooking their own food) felt it was great social event, despite business talk almost dominating what was to be an informal grouping! We should do it again soon!

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - 2006

This year's AGM took place at the Norfolk Hotel, Nairobi from 10.00 a.m - 2 p.m....and turned out a record of over 120 shareholders and other curious stakeholders who expressed their satisfaction of the company's quick turnaround in just under 3 years since the new Management came into place, guided by Mr.Hector Diniz, the Chief Executive Officer.
